1. How to Participate
During each designated time slot on the event dates listed below, the first customer to successfully place and complete the payment for an order will receive a full refund for that specific chair (the "Free Order" reward). There are 2 Free Order slots per day, released at specific times.
2. Promotion Period & Schedule
The Free Order Challenge is held exclusively on the following dates and times. All times are in Pacific Time (PT):
Slot 1: 11:00 AM (PT)
Slot 2: 2:00 PM (PT)
3. Free Order Reward Details
Eligibility: Qualifying customers will receive a refund for one (1) free chair from their order.
Limit: The refund is limited to a maximum of one (1) chair. If a customer purchases multiple chairs, they must designate only one to be eligible for the refund.
Exclusions: Accessories (such as seat covers, casters/wheels, etc.) and other add-ons are strictly excluded from the refund. Any items exceeding the one-chair limit will not be refunded.
Tie-Breaking Rule: If multiple orders are placed at the exact same second (e.g., 11:00:00 AM), the winner will be determined by the Order ID sequence in Musso’s backend system. For example, Order #US1001 will be ranked ahead of #US1002. The winning order is determined solely by the timestamp and sequence recorded in our system.
4. General Terms
One Reward Per Customer: Each eligible customer is entitled to only one (1) promotion reward during the entire event period. If a customer qualifies for multiple rewards, they will only receive the reward for their earliest successful order.
Non-Transferable: This promotion reward is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to others.
Fraud Prevention: Musso reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent activity or using technical means (e.g., scripts, bots) to manipulate the promotion. Such individuals will be banned from all future Musso promotions.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Technical Issues: Musso is not responsible for any issues caused by technical malfunctions (in whole or in part), including but not limited to internet service, servers, hardware, software, or website issues, as well as lost, delayed, or corrupted data during transmission.
Release of Liability: By participating, each "Free Order" winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Musso and its related entities (including agents and independent contractors) from any liability, claims, or actions arising from participation in this promotion or the receipt, possession, and use (including misuse) of the reward.
6. Amendments & Final Interpretation
Right to Amend: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musso reserves the right to amend these promotion rules.
Final Decision: Musso will endeavor to resolve any disputes through consultation, but Musso reserves the final right of interpretation for all aspects of this promotion.
